Visitors to Oxoid’s stand at the PDA Meeting and Exhibition (9 - 13 December 2002, New Orleans, USA) can find details of Veggietones - a USP-compliant range of meat-free culture media products that are free from BSE and other TSEs and also from genetically modified material (GMOs).

Veggietones have been specifically designed to eliminate such undesirable contaminants from pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing processes, ultimately, protecting patients and consumers from associated risks.
