Lonza Biologics capacity expansion in Portsmouth, NH (USA) "up to 90% now under contract"
Lonza Biologics reports it has signed another large-scale product supply agreement with one of the ’top ten’ pharma houses for long term commercial manufacture of new monoclonal antibodies.
This agreement together with a previously announced arrangement with Alexion (see related article) means that about "90 % of the three 20,000 litre reactors starting to come on stream in mid-2004" at the Portsmouth, New Hampshire (USA) facilities "are under contract."
