Outsourcing pharmaceutical manufacturing is now common for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, both big and small. With the sheer volume of outsourcing increasing inexorably, the complexity of the process goes up in parallel. As several pharma companies have experienced over the past few years, there is no simple way of finding the right contractor.
