Since 1972, the Plant in Reggello, just a few kilometres outside Florence, has been the Italian production unit of the Boehringer Ingelheim Group. From 2001 the production activity rose from 39 to 76 million packs/year, from 200 to 650 articles of finished products.
The factory's mission has changed from supplying to an exclusively national market to supplying the market worldwide. As a matter of fact, more than 60% of our production is exported to 70 nations all over the world.
